Toyota Recalls 6.5 Million Vehicles Over Faulty Window Switch
Parts in the switch can cause a short circuit, which can then cause overheating and potential fires, the company said. The glitch affects 2005-2010 models, including the Yaris, Corolla and Camry.
6.5 million vehicles are affected globally. 2.7 million of those are in North America.
Toyota says the vehicles may have a faulty power window switch that could short circuit and potentially lead to a fire.
