Apple: New iOS 9 Feature Uses Cellular Data to Supplement Weak Wi-Fi Connections, Reports Say

If you downloaded the new iOS9 upgrade, be careful! There’s a new “Wi-Fi Assist” feature that could be costing you big money, without you even knowing.
Apple says it allows your phone to use cellular data when your Wi-Fi signal is weak. That means you may think you’re on Wi-FI and you’re really burning your data.
How do I turn this new feature off?
– Go to Settings
– Go to Cellular
– Scroll to the bottom and turn off “Wi-Fi Assist”
